I made changes to document saved changes. But can not reopen the document without a password I've not even made yet. Now i have to redo the everything.
I didn't opt for the premium package as I had only one document to edit. It is not user friendly or intutive. I found it very difficult and repetitive due to having to go back and adjust the tools for each and every line I needed to fill out. Now, this was my first, and hopefully last, time for using it so with practice the switiching back and forth would probably become easier. I gave it 2 stars because it did the necessary job of helping me fill out the form.

Can't do the one thing I need to do--EDIT PDFs! It's not complicated-I need to open a PDF and then edit the text. App just keeps prompting me to click "I love it" and there is a big "subscribe to pro" button at the top. I DID subscribe to pro. Tried rebooting my computer, etc. Never lets me try the one thing I need out of this app. Not going to spend time "troubleshooting" an app I tried to purchase to simplify this task.
