Mistake
I went in and checked out ur app, Powerfull Cleaner. It said, free. I saw u we’re charging me and I got the wrong box, bottom whatever u call it and $29.99 was taken out of my bank account. I canceled a few seconds when I realized I messed up but ur company won’t believe me or listen to me and I asked for a refund but no of course I don’t get a refund. I’m 79 years old and have 2 serious brain injuries and I am sorry I messed up so bad. I live alone and am off $937 a month and never would of picked an app that cost me so much money. I’m not a liar and it’s the truth.
