  • can’t play

The game would refuse to open every time I would try to play it before I even got to the title screen it would crash and force close
  • Conceptually Good, Executed for just $$

In concept and gameplay, it’s a solid game. The problem is, you very quickly realize that the ONLY way too really get anywhere is to pay money, or watch endless ads. It’s near impossible to win a level without voluntarily watching ads for better power ups, which takes away a lot of the satisfaction. You’re only winning because you’re making them money, and you can’t win otherwise. I even paid the couple bucks to remove the forced ads, because they get unbearable as it goes on.

Again, it seems attractive, and the game is a recipe for success, but don’t get hooked in. Not worth it.

  • Misleading ad, but fun

I do not understand the point of mis-representing the game in the ad. The ad would have you believe you are dropping ammunition into multiplier gates to fend off a horde, earning more bullets and to drop through more gates, feeding more ammunition into your player to fend off the horde.
In actuality, you’re advancing through small “waves” of two or three enemies at a time to get a boss each level, and at the start of each wave you’re dropping balls through multiplier gates to earn currency to pay for upgrades for the upcoming wave(s).
Its a totally different dynamic, and not the game I came to play. However in its own right, the game is fun, cute, and hasn’t thrown one forced ad down my throat the whole time I was playing it, just player invoked ones.

  • Cup Heroes is the best game ever conceived:

In a deeply sad and tragic way, I think this is the best attempt at making a game that works to sell dropped by the gaming industry. I thought this game was gonna be pure slop but what was my surprise when they hit the perfect balance of slop and gameplay. The game itself is a kinda scroll type rpg where every round you can buy new cards that give new power ups etc. But the slop lies in the lottery system attached to the way you pay for your cards. You receive an x amount of balls from each enemy killed and you then drop your total x into a gacha like machine with each gate multiplying, restarting or subtracting from your balls. So, you gamble your starting balls into more balls by them multiplying incredibly fast. Some rounds you might not be lucky with the machine, getting a max of 4 times x, where others you might climb up to 60-100 times x. And when that happens after a few of the previous scenario, man the dopamine hits. Plus, it does lil vibrations that shake the phone in a real nice way and then you get to spend those infinite number of balls into new cards. Only to end up dying to the tank the next round. I might have to delete this game it’s too good

  • ADS?

I bought the no ads combo, but why I still have to watch the ads?v
  • Scammed.

So i found the ads annoying and bought the remove ads for 10 bucks. THERES STILL ADS. Id rate this five stars otherwise but when you have a remove ads function it usually means ALL ads. No ad buttons and otherwise.
  • Way Too Many Bugs and Crashing So Much Lost Progress

This game is satisfying but has way too many bugs (on IOS). Note that I paid for no ads and am disappointed with how much this game crashes. I played for 9+ hours offline because it crashed less when than when I had wifi/cellular and the moment I turned wifi back on it deleted 9 hours of progress. Thats a whole row of ad watched gem videos, several hundred gems from season rewards, levels, gold, upgrades, and equipment lost. The LITERAL BASICS of an offline game developer is to check if going offline then back online queues progress to be uploaded and saved. Also a good 25% of the time continuing after a round ends crashes or freezes the game. It is fairly apparent for how much this game lags on simple background transitions it needs some patches before I’d recommend it

  • Fun, but buggy

I’ve been playing this game recently. It is more fun than I expected. Only issue is sometimes things you earn disappear. At first it seemed to be only a little gold here and there, nothing much. I just logged in and the game erased enough of my progress that I lost two characters that I unlocked, and who knows what else.

I have been trying to report the issue to the developer, but it is very difficult to find a way to contact them.

I’ll probably still play the game, but if I keep losing hours and hours of progress, it will be difficult to keep me interested in this game.

  • Great until advert overload

Couple levels with no adverts then it’s literally every round your promt with a 30 second advert first couple are fine as the game is worth playing but then after 4/5th advert it’s annoying and no longer on my phone no thanks
  • Can’t play, don’t waste your time downloading.

Keep getting kicked out while the game is loading, waste of time even downloading seeing as I can’t play it.
