Promising but needs work
Very nice start and it looks really cool. But why is the night time in light color and the day time in dark color? Is this on purpose or a bug? And it would be nice if the city data were a bit wider on an iPad. Kind of scrunched in there, even if only a few cities marked.

Good - Needs At Least One Fix
Looks to me like this is the best available world clock app with a daytime/nighttime display; simple and relatively attractive, but it needs at least one fix--daytime is showing as nighttime, and nighttime is showing as daytime.
