Dude, this app is amazing!
Ive tried the official Roku remote app and it pales in comparison to this. It connects seamlessly even when your TV is off. You can even use your Mac keyboard to control your TV arrows, enter, and type to search. And I haven’t seen any ads yet!
Best Roku app for mac
This is sooo helpful because I recently broke my phone and I’m getting one for Christmas and I don’t have to worry about my phone being lost And my remote, developer for this app I love you
No glitches.
Simple, basic controls so nothing to go all wiggy. Works every time.
Simple and intuitive
Very quick to set up, detected devices quickly, easy and intuitive use.
I love it!
This app works perfectly! It was easy to setup and connect and it does everything I would expect it to do. Amazing!
A cut above the Roku physical remote
Faster and easier to use than the Roku physical remote. It has all the apps in the menu and you can go directly to the app without needing to return to the main menu for ALL your apps, not just the four on your physical remote.
Great Roku app
It’s fast and stable. I can use the headphone button on my desktop to listen quietly to the TV late at night, and I don’t drain my remote battery or need to have it handy. Great app.
This app should be a pay app! No ads, works great in MacOS 15.1
This app is great, I can’t believe it is free… in this day and age. Many thanks to the developer(s)
Amazing!1
I usually don’t write reviews, but I’m turning over a new leaf because this product is awesome—and it’s free! I lost my remote control and searched everywhere for it. After downloading a few apps (some of which were bad or contained viruses), I found this gem. Not only is it safe and virus-free, but it’s even better than the remote! I always have my laptop nearby, so I can’t lose it. The app allows me to switch between streaming services effortlessly, making it super convenient to find new shows and movies. Plus, no batteries required! I highly recommend it!

Please support more devices!
Perfect app. Among other reasons because it’s the only app with (native) MacOS support. Wish it could support Google TVs or Apple TV. I’d pay for that too. Please developer you’re sitting on a gold mine !

Hi, I have considered adding Google TV or Apple TV, but unfortunately that is quite a lot of work and likely a project that I will need a lot of time to really dig into! I will consider this in the future though :)
