Lost all of my progress and purchases…

I have experienced an unexpected data breach or something. All main missions RESET I lost all of my costumes (including ones I paid for) I have contacted support and am yet to see any changes attempted to be made to help me enjoy the game again. I would have rated it higher if I didn’t feel so ripped off. Would appear the game is buggy and NOT risk free. Please address this issue as I do not wish to lose my money.
