Free Lifetime Premium Offer (today only) happened to be a Premium-level Lie. I have selected this option while first time starting Application, click Continue, but was only given 3-day Free Trial and put into their $2.99 per month subscription account. Not only that. In the App Settings it shows, that my Premium until Feb 20, 2024, while Apple Store email informed me, that Subscription Price $2.99/month, starting Feb 19, 2024. Then it says: To avoid being charged, you must cancel at least a day before each renewal date. To learn more or cancel, review your subscription. However this Link doesn’t work either. Apple Subscriptions just informing me, that my Subscription expiring on Feb 19, and it’s only offering to Renew: $2.99/Month = The Application itself and even Apple Store doesn’t allow me to get my Free Premium Lifetime Option, as it was advertised, and they doesn’t allow me to Unsubscribe from their falsely Free Premium Service. It’s a fraud.

Customer SupportOffered on Friday 2/16/24 for FREE but was a scam. I Downloaded the App & they immediately billed me but how many people check their subscription fees when they think they are downloading a free app. So avoid this Co. I notified them of my issue but they never answered me.

Hey Norwood526, we are trying to reach everyone who had these issues, we explained in detail in the app advice campaign how you can get the lifetime offer but maybe you didn’t pay attention enough. There are also some users had this issue because of the high traffic but we fixed all the problems.

I signed up for a FREE lifetime registration for the app yesterday and today received a text saying I am registered for the MONTHLY payment. How many people will get scammed by this? And there is no way to contact the app creator.
