In addition to the App’s beauty and ease of use, the content is affirming and life-changing! Workouts for every need and any venue are accessible and effective. (I am rediscovering the joy of movement, whether taking a quick work break for a 15min bendylife. workout in my small office or an intentional exercise for a 45min spot in my basement.) Paloma is an encouraging and excellent instructor who models self-care, self-love, grace (and of course all the movements) so that everyone completes the workouts feeling inspired to nurture themselves, care for their bodies and improve their health! Best Workout App!!!
It is about loving your body, not trying to beat it up. It is not so intense and fast that you dread doing it, but rather look forward to it. It is peaceful, calm, and meditative, yet I am using muscles I have not used in years. I am sore in all the good ways, but don’t have DOMS to the point of being laid up for a week setting me back and making me want to quit. Woke up eager for more. I like that you can choose how long you want your workouts to be. It is DOABLE and sustainable long term! This is huge in my opinion as that cannot be said about all workout apps/programs/styles.
