Missing options
The app is nice but you don’t really have any options to add extra anything. I usually get extra pickles and I don’t mind paying more for this. But in app, it’s not even an option.JoeNestea

No Notice of Arrival
The app is great, clean and easy. However, there’s no way for the employees to know I am here and who I am. I waited in the restaurant until I heard them yelling my name, asking each other if I was in the restaurant. I had to walk up and tell them I was here. I understand it’s a new app and if there was a solution created fir this, I’d give the app 4 or 5 starschivojunk

Unexpectedly Terrible
Tony Burgers is amazing and we’ve been going since they opened their Clinton location and even have a Platinum Membership which isn’t available anymore. So when we showed up and saw a long line we thought it would be a great time to try out the app. It didn’t go well.
After you order a burger, it’s not obvious that you have to go back to the menu to order more.
Want to use a gift card? If the balance on the card won’t cover the whole transaction, too bad. Can’t use your gift card.
Ok so now you go to enter in a card number. You can’t use stored card data in your phone or use Apple Pay.
I’m sure TB partners with a company for this app, probably part of their point of sale system, but it’s just not up to the standard the company has set with their fantastic burgers.
