Good But Could Be Great
The app has a decent number of features on it and it’s a massive upgrade from the app that TFCU had before which almost seemed ancient. Only features that would help make it better is when comes to trouble shooting or have questions. As long as it is bank hours they can assist but after 5pm and on the weekends your on your own. Otherwise though very good banking app.

Check Image Won’t Load
The app is clean and easy to use but the image for checks that have cleared doesn’t load. Would be nice if that worked.

it's a cool app but sending money through zelle barely works
Most Difficult FCU Ever
I have had nothing but difficulties with every aspect with this credit union. Their systems are frequently unavailable when I’ve attempted to use them. Online banking has been very challenging for me, since the system almost always rejects my mobile deposits. I’ve had some deposits go through and then been charged a fee when they have rejected my deposit after seemingly going through online. Anytime I use my debit card I am charged $1. Their new ATMs are configured in a manner where it is no longer simple to get $20 bills, as their system defaults to issuing large bills that are not accepted in most areas. It is difficult to find the area on their machine to request smaller bills. I’ve been informed by the teller staff there is not a contact number to reach out to someone regarding their Visa credit card for questions and issues. My Visa and debit card transactions are frequently rejected, forcing me to utilize a different form of payment. It’s been one headache after another for me. I have been forced to travel to one of their offices/ branches almost every single time I have to do business with them, due to the frequent issues in regards to their online system being down or rejecting my online transactions so frequently. Due to the many recurrent problems I have had with TFCU, I would not recommend this credit union.

I must applaud your staff who have diligently worked to help a multitude of people understand how to maneuver through your website as well as the app. Unfortunately, it is, singularly the most confusing process I have ever encountered with any banking institution. I can only surmise that the new software is a step back in progress. there is nothing intuitive about the new process, and it lacks significant amenities that we availed ourselves of previous to the new software.
Aside from ditching the new software, it sounds much easier to remove my money, albeit not a large amount, but to transfer my banking to another institution. I am reluctant to do so, as I’ve been with Tucoemas for several decades. As of now, I will hang out for a while longer to see if you can clean up the mess and and I am very hopeful you will be able to do so. I can only feel that someone sold you guys down the river on this software.

Can’t find history payments. Can’t see who payment went to. Very difficult to navigate. Go back to the old app!!!!
