Faking giveaway for downloads
They used their instagram account to spread news about a now false iPad giveaway, they got everyone’s hopes up then deleted any and all information regarding the giveawayGreat idea!
What a great idea with fun for the whole family! I love how it can generate content for my kids almost instantly which makes them feel more involved. It’s also opened up more stories than the usual five books we read together. There’s definitely some room to tie together stories a bit better but otherwise very cool!Show lessdrucritt

App doesn’t work
After selecting a story, it asks you how many characters you want. Select any option and the app freezes and goes no further.
You can go back to the main menu and select another story but the result is the same.

Hi! We are so sorry for the experience you had and reported above. We have identified a few key issues that can lead to episodes failing in certain conditions depending on your cellular network. We've already added logging and alerting so that we can be proactive if we see failures happening for users. Over the next few days, we are also refactoring a chunk of code that will improve overall performance of episodes so that this doesn't happen again. Last but not least, we're working on new speed and stability improvements to episode gameplay to ensure that it plays faster and more reliably.
