Game stopped working
Had the same issue as others who have left reviews. I’ve ploughed a lot of hours into the game and there is an event on that I am now missing because the game will not open. It loads to around 90% days “pushing open the gates” and gets stuck there. It then says reconnecting but fails. Every other game I have works fine it’s just this one. I have tried multiple times throughout the day but no change. I see that other people have had the same issue previously and that the developer did not reply to offer any suggestions or discuss a fix for this which is very disheartening as surely you want people to play your games? I have looked at the version number and checked that the game was up to date (most recent version was yesterday and I played it fine yesterday so why not today?), I have steady internet (currently pulling over 200mbps download) so why won’t it open? Are the servers down? Performing maintenance? It would be nice to be informed. I play this game every day. It makes me really sad that it’s broken after so much time invested. Very disappointed

Agonizing events
I absolutely loved this game but am about to quit over the stupid event pieces. I’m stuck at level 30 and you cannot progress until you play the side events to get pieces for the main board. This would be fine if they didn’t make it so agonizing to get one piece to merge. The rate it’s going it looks like it would take like two months to get enough pieces to level up ?? I’m so sick of playing the grandmas memoir with not enough pay off. I could see a lot of people no longer wanting to play because of this too.

So many bugs
I do love this game and I find it really easy to accumulate coins and gems to buy items and energy with. However, sometimes the app will not connect to the network or load at all. This is super frustrating because when this happens I miss out on the daily gifts. Also, the boards get clogged really fast with random items, especially in the more complicated events and they can become unplayable really fast. In the most recent Halloween graveyard event, I have to keep selling items to make space. There are so many producers that it’s basically impossible to beat the challenge in just three days. Additionally, there is a pretty big glitch where items that already exist on my board are unable to be served to customers or sold to the shop for supply boxes. This makes them completely unusable and a waste of stamina and power from the producers. The game just seems to get worse with time, which is disappointing because it’s very cute and unique for a merge game.

Frozen game
After the crash I re downloaded the game on my phone and I started the tutorial and now my game is frozen and every time it automatically goes to the merging screen. And I can’t exit or do anything
Update. Issue fixed. Bug issues and no way to request help
I really loved this game and I was excited about the Halloween update. Was playing the new update for a day and when I tried to play it again the loading screen just kept loading then said it was a network error. I’ve tried using data and wifi and nothing helps. Clearly it’s not my internet since I can post this. It’s been a couple days now and it’s still not working
Update: they fixed the issue. So I am happy to say it is a wonderful game and is very cute. Im happy to be able to play again! I’d give it 5 stars but due to continuous bugs I want to leave it at 4 starts.

Glitches
On my phone I downloaded and updated it when I went into it it stayed on the loading screen turn my phone of do stuff two hours later I go to my phone and the loading screen is stuck on my phone it won’t turn of or go away and I can’t turn in my school work that’s on there I can’t do nothing and it’s stuck on that screen. I haven’t been able to even play it yet and now I can’t do anything. Be careful wouldn’t recommend

UPDATE: Thank You Game Devs!! Love this game
I love this game, the cats are super cute and the variety of events quite entertaining. The app has some bugs like cats pacing on the spot instead of giving me cat quests, but that doesn’t stop this being my favourite comfort game and I gladly paid money to purchase additional adorable cats and also to support the game developers. Sadly the app suddenly stopped working and would not move past the loading screen.
Edited: massive server error bug fixed, super grateful to the game devs for finding and fixing the bug because this game is irreplaceable in my life. Made some more Halloween purchases to express my appreciation. Keep up the good work!

Really Cute
I was looking for something else to play when I got frustrated with Merge Mansion, and I found this sweet little game. I love everything about it except how you can’t pop the bubbles without spending real money. You just have to wait for them to pop, and they fill up the board so you have to stop playing and come back later. Sometimes the merging can get repetitive, but there are little side games too. Overall, I love it. Really cute.

Stuck on loading screen
Love this game, but haven’t been able to open it since last night. Seems like there’s a bug after the most recent update :(
Update: the game was down for 24 hours. Lots of players lost progress during the downtime, and the compensation did not match the time lost. The game itself is very fun but it seems the devs are more concerned about the money grab than the user experience - everything is hiding behind a pay wall or adverts. It gets to a point where it will take days to fill one task if you’re not paying for extra energy.
