It’s the most unique tool you will be able to find, and it’s the most complete tool out there. We have spent more than 2 years developing this application and testing it out. It was built alongside professionals. We took the experience from MMA Professional Fighter Ahmed Vila, and we have tested the app and merged his knowledge into it. Spartan Punching is an AI tool that generates workouts per your needs. Based on your requirements, we will generate a workout that will adapt to you. Here is an example. Let’s say you trained in Boxing for a few years, then you paused, and you want to get back, but due to personal reasons, you don’t have time to go to the gym. With the Spartan Punching trainer, you will be able to start off slower. You can choose a 3 Round workout per 2 minutes, where the app will warm you up in the first rounds, and it will slowly increase the intensity. It’s just enough so that you are able to do the second workout. Another case might be that you are an amateur or professional. You can choose a 12 round workout per 3 minutes for Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or MMA. Then you can experience something different, expand your techniques span, and follow a good workout focused on your cardio. You don’t have to think; just follow the orders. It’s the same as if you had a trainer there next to you who can work with you 1 on 1. This application is not built for a newbie. You have to have at least the knowledge of how to throw punches before you can use this application. It won’t teach you the punches, but if you are experienced, it can help you perfect your punches. The Spartan Punching Trainer is built for Boxing Workouts, Kickboxing Workouts, Muay Thai Workouts, and MMA workouts.
