Love it, few ideas
I love this game, I played the original and I think this remake improves on it greatly.
I have some ideas for some new gameplay types, if I’m being honest sometimes playing to get your men to the end of the screen can get boring sometimes, what if you added a game mode or a few levels where you have to hold the line against a great number of enemies, or perhaps add a mode where the men have morale and having soldiers die will lower their morale leading to them surrendering (similar to how it works in Warfare 1917)
These are just some ideas on a way to make this game have some more depth. I love it as it is, but I think these ideas are worth looking intoShow lessTpipp5
Helping cure my clash Royale addiction
It’s hard to find a decent RTS game that’s actually optimized on mobile. For years clash Royale was the go to, and still is, but their greediness has gone much too far. I can longer play that game because of how blatantly pay to win it became… more and more so each update. I’ve tried many strategy games, turn based just aren’t as fun to me, a traditional RTS game can’t be recreated on phone and shouldn’t be. This game excels in being a simple yet challenging strategy game that is perfectly optimized on mobile, keeps you hooked, unlike a turn based. One of the best mobile games I’ve played
This is one of the best mobile games I’ve ever downloaded. The gameplay is fair and engaging throughout the entire game. The different playable nations feel distinct and make the player change up their strategy level to level. The new operations mode is a breath of fresh air, letting the player make new strategies with unit combinations that were previously impossible outside of sandbox, as well and a good way to make in-game currency quickly. Speaking of the in-game currency, there’s no obnoxious ads or microtransactions. The player can enjoy all of the main gameplay without paying, and the price of unlocking all of the sandbox content is well worth it. However, the only suggestion id make is it would be really nice to be able to share and play sandbox missions with other players, as right now once you make and play a level, there’s not much to do with it.Show lessSimon Grunin
Very good game
I like this game very much, plus the uniforms are much more accurate than the original. In fact, I thought the USA uniform in the old game would fit better for UK. I like how they broke the models down into more pixels so you can put in more details but one problem. Why does the default rifleman not have an historically accurate rifle because the default rifle is just a black stick bent into the shape of a rifle with a brighter part as a bolt. This is the same in the first game too. I also feel like it is kinda unfair that only USA gets realistic weapons by default so maybe give the default UK rifleman the Lee Enfield that is shown in other buyable skins for it and Germany the Gewehr 98, also shown in other rifleman skins for Germany, and give Russian a Mosin Nagant rifle for the default rifleman. Basically, give the unmodified rifleman without different uniform realistic weapons with colors. I hope you fix this!!!Show lessLiatboulder

GREAT GAME! better than the last and wayyyy more advanced than the last one. I’m currently on the Ottoman campaign, I finished the first three campaigns. Also love how you guys really listened to your reviews and put bayonets on the rifleman skin in the US campaign. One suggestion for sandbox. Too many premiums. I know creating this game was a pain but oh gosh there are so many premiums. Maybe cut it down to 5 dollars or make less premium items? I don’t know. But here comes the suggestions I want to ask.
1. Naval battles.
Make it like battleship style except the guessing part. Or just make it the original style by going straight ahead.
2. More skins
Saw your community post about getting new books. ADD MORE! I LOVE IT

Make it cheaper by 300 coins. I barely have any money
3. Redoing completed levels
What I mean by this is that you could instead of 1 coins you could do 5 coins for normal completed levels and the final level you should make it 25 coins. That’s how you could help people get money faster for skins.

AMAZING GAME
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS GAME, its a fun game with not that much downsides but the downsides you really need to fix like how the mortars are OP I can’t do anything against them cause then a tank comes out of nowhere and destroys my force also when I’m about to get a trench I have to keep spending money just to blow them pls bring back the German sniper he will be a great counter also you have to bring back the Christmas and Halloween decorations they will be used for fun festive maps. Full Review After Completion (8.5/10)
Ok, so first off I’m gonna say this game is fantastic. It has good campaign story line accompanied with great graphics, nice audio craftsmanship and obvious effort put into the game. For the future though I had read a review that stated an update with new armory ideas such as planes, ships, bunkers, and other specialized ground units. I think that would be a great next update to think about and the only other thing is maybe adding 2 more regular units to choose from in game, they can be either the same for all country’s or per country but it would add just a bit more strategy offensively and defensively. Overall a very well made and low key addicting game, def planning on spending money just to get stuff, for sure a worth it download.Show lessdanielbegin20
Probably the best 2d ww1 game out there
This game has to be one of the best 2d ww1 games, the amount of detail and content that is released consistently definitely makes it better, I will explain why it’s the best and compare it with other games.
1: great developers
One thing that makes this game great is the extremely dedicated and passionate devs, Iv been with the community for about 4 years and the devs regularly communicate with the players to get their feedback and ideas, the devs always make sure that they are also producing content even though it’s just 3 guys.
2: content
Devs update the game every month with a new faction and lots of sandbox items and take ideas from players and put them in game, as well as teasing the new updates
3: great amounts of history
The devs do a good job of telling the whole story of ww1, most 2d ww1 games just add the UK and Germany even through multiple nations fought in ww1, tw remake has multiple factions and historic battles you can play in which is rare for mobile ww1 games, but not only do they add more factions but they have historic skins you can unlock for each nation like Czech legion for Russia or Vietnamese legion for France, this is unheard of for pretty much any ww1 game, they even will add Bulgaria and Romania which is awesome
4: sandbox, this game has the most detailed sandbox mode Iv ever seen, and it’s very customizable.

Suggestion from a 1917 veteran player
I have been playing trench warfare 1917 for the last 4 years and that game was astoundingly good. One thing I liked in particular about that game however was when accounts were added so you could make online levels for others to try! This remake is very good so far and I have only one suggestion. If you guys could add an account system to this game as well. Also, it would be nice to see those who have been playing Trench warfare 1917 for the last 4 years to get some kid of bonus for playing the remake. Maybe a free skin for a troop or something. Hey, I love this game and it is very fun. I also get why you make us pay for the sandbox gear. But could you make it where we could watch one ad for everything. It would be much better. And you still get a sponsorship so, more money. Also, as the title says about scotsmen, i would like to talk about skins. I love the gordon highlanders and the french colony skins and I would love it if you added a rifleman black-watch skin. If you also add a Turret nest for sandbox mode that would be really great. Another thing, you covered SOME countries of ww1 in your first game. I would love it if you added more countries to this games such as Serbia and Canada. PLZ ADD CANADAShow lesswolleader
