The most common reasons would be either an unstable network connection, or a problem with the user name (bad character, a space, or the user name is already taken). Thank you for your feedback. First of all, please rest assured that we have no plans to delete your free pass. We chose to link it directly to your account because tying it to Apple's system would require a credit card, which might be a deterrent for some users. We hope you are enjoying our app despite this inconvenience!
