Doesn’t Work At All
Terrible. It’s been weeks and the app still says “Sorry! Store is currently offline. Please try again after some time.” But the restaurant is currently open and functioning in my city. When you call the customer service line via the app, no one answers. It’s always busy and then they hang up while you’re waiting on hold.Show lessCXB-BGD-DOMINOS
Order confirmed via app but the Khilgaon Branch cancelled it
Totally rubbish and unprofessional. If you can not able to deliver within your app’s suggestive place then why you confirm order before your branch cancel it over the phone. Disgusting…Ana Ash 007
My most favourite pizza chain… EVER !
Opening a Domino’s branch in New Eskaton has made it easier for me to either dine-in, take a takeaway or (in this case…) place an order through the app. My apartment in Eskaton Garden is only a 30 minute walking distance from Domino’s New Eskaton. Though the thin crust Margerita pizza, the Coca-Cola and the Choco Lava cake - all 3 of the items arrived on time, the Coca-Cola bursted and spilled all over the place after I opened it, leaving me with a stained floor, a stained table cloth, a stained dress and a stained phone screen. My only complain about this experience : The delivery man should’ve been a bit more careful about handling carbonated beverages during the time of delivery.Show lessoi_shii_23

I had a wonderful experience with Domino's Pizza today, which I ordered through the app. Their service was excellent, and the delivery person, Abdullah, was exceptional—both professional and friendly, greeting me with a nice smile. Waited for 2 hours
I have ordered the rice bowl then waited for 2 hours, there is no way to connect with themto confirm as i paid first i have called 16656 there customer service number but didn’t connect me with any service provider for 6 min.Virus~

App is super buggy menu doesn’t load, location detection for delivery not accurate, over the phone delivery done within a location but, in app shows that delivery not available.Fharik
