My kids love it. My son insisted I download this game so he could win a PlayStation 5!! I thought all these on-line gaming apps were a scam. Not this one - I was shocked when the PlayStation 5 arrived at the house! My son proved me wrong and now gets to enjoy gaming on his new PlayStation 5 & his new favorite app - “Arcade Live”!!!

It has been our goal from the beginning to deliver the best online arcade experience out there - and to that end, our customer support team is dedicated to helping our users find that experience!I’m not done with the app just yet but I’ve played my far share of claw machines. Both on an app and in real life. For what you pay, you get to play a decent amount, more than other apps. The machines are very responsive as well. However the angle of the cameras lives much to be desired and the button orientation can be confusing when you switch the camera. Whether you win is 100% dependent on when the machine is ready to pay out. Even a perfect grab will just get dropped the second it raises up without so much as a slip, just a straight drop. I still have plenty more to play so we’ll see how it pays out but so far, I’m wishing it was more skill based.

I gave it a try and it’s an awesome platform. The games are fun to play. The app is easy to use, they have great prizes to choose from. They will ship any prizes directly to your home. I used some of my tickets and I’m looking forward to the prizes arriving at my door. I’ll plan to update with how the shipping process went. Lots of fun!

I was able to cash in my tickets and get a few awesome prizes. They ship the items directly to your door in a very reasonable amount of time. In fact one of the items I ordered came within 36 hours of ordering. Pretty awesome. It’s worth a try!

It did not work for me. Didn’t care about winning or loosing. I managed to win 500 tickets but couldn’t see the claw move. Will give more stars as game improves.

Spend $10 in credits and all I get it is a blank screen and take my money and it’s counting down.
