  • Easy to use and really helpful

    Having multiple accounts and also life insurance, I love that I can see everything in the same app! I really like how you can update beneficiaries and contact information right in the app.
  • Not Great

    Got an e-mail to try the new app, but it doesn’t recognize my username or password. Tried a couple of different times to reset, nothing works. E-mails to verify sign in and reset are addressed to my mom who passed 2 1/2 years ago, not good. This is a disappointment.
  • Pretty simple and easy to use app

    Now I don’t have to go online to check out my policy and my Roth account. It’s cool that they have an app, just wish it was more modern style looking
  • It’s Just the Website

    I was very excited to see Primerica had an app. As much as I love Primerica it feels like their technology is circa 2010. With the new webpage I thought maybe they would make a big jump and have some cool new feature on a brand new app. Sadly this app just seems like the new website presented as an app. The experience is terrible. Instead of seeing everything in the app you actually have to sign in twice. Once for life insurance and once for investments. That is not a great user experience and does nothing different than the website links. What a letdown and disappointment.

    Love the Face ID ability and the easy access to my accounts! Great job Primerica
  • Doesn’t work

    Been trying for over a week here and there to log-in and it doesn’t work.

    Does not give any investment details, just the total amount. Considering transferring to another broker.
