Writing review so you can get free premium access
When I download this app, first of all, it is not free you have to pay for it and at the end when you not paying it, they will ask you write five star review for us so we can give you premium access. The question I have is why should I give five a star review to the app which I never used it? So that’s why I delete the app and I don’t use it anymore!

Awesome Workout app!
I was skeptical to use this app in the beginning but because it has so many positive feedback it did change my mom and decided to see for myself how my workout will improve using this app! And I'm glad I took a chance. Now I have a solid direction of what type of workout I should do in the gym unlike before that Im so lost and don’t know how to strength train and build muscle properly. This is better than hiring a trainer which costs extra money, but this app is so helpful and simple to use.

Workout app
Well I was a little disappointed in this app as I thought it was geared more toward gym equipment - which was what I was looking for- but this app seems to focus more on using your own body, I also feel as if the workouts are more for men than women, I already cancelled so it won’t renew in 2025, wish I had done a trial version before subscribing. It just wasn’t what I was looking for .

I love how there are different levels of each exercise. Not just one set but a beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. And plus how you focus on not just each body part but also on the male sexual performance also. Thank you.
