  • Great app for exercising.

This is a great app for exercising.
Instructions at a glance and you pace yourself as you go through it.
Crystal has a checkin once a week to make sure you have what you need / questions.
  • Great but one minor complaint

Great but I wish I could mute the audio so I could listen to music or podcast while I use it.
  • Privacy issues

I could not complete the sign up because, despite saying it’s optional, the app requires me to allow notifications (SMS, push and email). In addition, the privacy policy says the app will collect my MAC address, which has no use for my therapy. Given that my physical therapy provider is using this app to communicate exercise programs, this is ePHI under HIPPA, and it’s not clear that the app and systems will treat this as such.
  • Not impressed!

I’m not impressed with this app at all. I’ve been in PT in the past with much better graphics and instructions on different platforms. Timers are placed in front of the person performing the exercise to the extent that you can’t see the person performing the exercise! Words are missing with the instructions. I wish my orthopedic group would switch to another app! Print versions are poor quality as well!
  • The unbeliever

I would very much like to thank Brooke and Samantha for their patience and care. I came into physical therapy believing it was nothing but another hoop I had to jump through to satisfy insurance. I was very open about my skepticism of physical therapy. Brooke listened and talked with me about what she thought would be best and we went on from there. within a couple of visits, I realized the value of what she and Samantha were doing for me. I now understand that physical therapy will help me strengthen the muscles in my back and that will give me much more support and protection. I am truly grateful for the benefits that I have received working with these two women. I have been very open with both of them about what I’ve learned from them and how I now understand physical therapy. I truly appreciate their expertise and skill.
  • Nice idea, but buggy

    1) FaceID does not work at all - it scans face then nothing. Super frustrating and time consuming to manually enter credentials every time I use the app.

    2) UI is glitchy on sign in page - jumps around. Does not accept pasted credentials all the time

    3) there is no (clear) way to turn the vocal instruction off. Super irritating if you have been on the same program for weeks and no longer need (or want) instruction but want to listen to music or podcast instead.
