Love to see some improvement.
Overall, the app is a great concept. It would be wonderful to see it become a much smoother experience and have more capabilities. Additionally, it would be nice to not be brought to a web URL page instead be brought to a app interface.

Thanks for your feedback! The app experience is available through the web. And the mobile app is needed for digital key access. When installed, the app will take care of all the links directly.
Problems With Initial Sign-Up to Create Account and Add Reservation to App
First issue was with trying to enter phone number. Normally in the U.S., you only enter area code and number. Wouldn’t take until adding +1 followed by area code and number. Most don’t require that to be entered or instead ask you for the country which then defaults the +1 in. There is no explanation given why it kept rejecting. Just happened to guess correctly.
Second is even though I have my resort confirmation number consisting of 9 digits that came on a pre-planning e-mail from Sunseeker, the message keeps coming back that it can’t find the reservation. The sample for the confirmation number on the sign-up page more resembles the shorter Allegiant confirmation/booking code, but that doesn’t work either.
