Says it scans wifi but doesn't successfully scan my wifi. It doesn't detect any devices even though i have 10 connected.Turbodiesel81

The description on the App Store sounded like a good investment for 10$ monthly.. but the app doesn’t seem to have a how to tutorial exposing for example how to delete or confirm suspicious devices STEP by STEP the directions are very vague.. for the infiltrated lights it doesn’t explain how or what exactly to look for under each light… and for the magnetic feature it doesn’t seem to have any sort or instructions on what numbers to look for or what’s a suspicious numberShow lessEnriqueFM

We understand your disappointment. We strive to make our app as user-friendly as possible, but sometimes additional guidance can be helpful. Deleting suspicious devices: Open the "Security" section. Click on "Suspicious devices". Select the device you want to delete. Click the "Delete" button. Identifying infiltrated light sources: Open the "Scan" section. Point the camera at the light source. Pay attention to the color of the indicator at the bottom of the screen. If it's red, it may indicate a potential threat. Using the magnetic detector: Open the "Magnetic field" section. Hold the device still and observe the readings on the screen. If you notice sudden changes or abnormal values, this may be a sign of a magnetic field. If you have any further questions or problems, please contact our support service. We are always happy to help!Scam
