  • Payoffs fizzle fast

If I had reviewed this app in my first two weeks, I would have given it a solid four stars. True, it’s one of the more ad-intensive walking apps out there. Still, it was throwing off a generous dollar-a-day payoff on average. Good things never last. Within a few weeks, the payoff incrementally declined to as low as a dime a day… and that’s only after clicking on a maddening number of ads. What app designer thinks it will incentivize users to stay with the program by dramatically reducing payouts? I hope I will be able to revise my rating in the coming weeks. The optimist in me says that perhaps payouts will return to the original algorithm – or at least close to that sum. “Hope springs eternal.”
  • Don't waste your time

Don't waste your time. At first I was getting about $1.50 worth of the apps "gold". Each add was around 1000 "gold" I figured in about a month I could cash out the minimum of $35. I had rewards showing a $26 value and pooof the per ad reward went down to as little as zero but usually around 59 "gold". So to get to the $35 minimum withdrawal I'd need to watch about 8,500 ads at 30 seconds each. About 70 hours if they all paid out. Or about 50¢ per hour of ads. I think it costs more to charge my phone than the reward. I'd say scam.
  • Good app but with technical issues

So far, pretty high rewards from the app. Haven’t made it to cash out point yet but it seems legit. I did however run into a problem: the app is no longer tracking my steps. It used to, now no longer tracks my steps. I’ve tried redownloading the app. I’ve tried toggling off tracking and then toggling it back on to see if it would retrigger a connection both on the health app to allow sharing of that information as well as the “allow tracking” on the app itself. Could not find out how to contact support. Website is all in a foreign language. Could not even find a working button on the website to use to contact support even if I could understand the language. It would have rated it a lot higher if it wasn’t for this technical issue. It’s also a lot harder to get rewards when the app isn’t tracking your steps - it’s like the whole point of the app.
  • What happened?

Why has the gold values for each “reward” gone down by over 70% since last week? Just a week ago we were rewarded 6000 gold for completing steps, it was the final box. Now it has been reduced to 2400, but when you actually redeem it, it gives you 500. Every single reward is now worth just a small fraction of what it was a week ago. Can someone explain, this seems really scammy.

Update 4/6/24 Once again, the amount of gold earned has been reduced to the point where I will never earn enough to cash out. This is 100% a SCAM!
  • Lure you in then turns pathetic

The app started out great. I could make $1 + a day by watching all the ads (took about an hour), but was easy to do while I was at work.
After a few weeks, now I still have to watch a solid hour of ads a day, but only get rewarded 5 cents TOTAL. The rewards amount dropped dramatically and it’s pathetic and not worth the time. And you can’t cash out until you get $35.
  • Ads won’t play

This was useful until the ads stopped playing 3 days ago. Now it simply mines my personal info with “no gold” given. No gold means me way to reach a payout threshold. HELP articles and restarts did nothing to improve. Attempted to upgrade, but already use the latest version so that is not an option.
Good luck using the support link from this page unless you can read Chinese.

  • Walkathon Start Moments

This app gives the way for any individual to start practicing effectively at self-care with good encouragement by the application of other tools to get motivated and staying active. I am eager to have this app work in my favor to assist in the things I need accomplished. I am mentally ready for the challenge and to make this app a daily habit. You can too, get the app!
  • Don’t expect much

I have had this app about 3 weeks now. It started off great averaging around $2 per day for the first week. Then it started dropping. The second week wasn’t bad averaging around $1 per day but now that I am up to $26, which I need $35 to cash out, I am now receiving about .05 per day or less. Not sure how long it will take to get to $35 but I’m still trying. Be ready to watch lots of ads.
  • Doesn’t work

I have been seeing this app a lot lately and decided to try it since I already use others like it. I had it for less than 24 hours before calling it quits because it freezes any time I try to connect it to my health app. It counted my first 100 steps and, when I went to trade those steps for gold, it froze because it needs to be connected to my health app in order to trade them. This makes it entirely useless.
  • Forget Walking, Watch Ads For Money

Reviews which talk about earning coins from walking are written by influencers, marketers, etc. Coins are kept behind ad walls - even after you’ve walked, you need to watch an ad go receive the coins you earned from walking. And guess what? It only gives you half of the coins it says you earned - you have to watch a second ad to receive the other half! Furthermore, the coins are blocked through tiers; to get the coins I earned from walking in just one day, I had to watch 12 ads. I watched about 50 ads in total and only received 30 cents not including the newbie bonus, so I’m uninstalling this app. It’s not worth it.
