We would never scam our customers or users of our App. Delay in receiving payment is largely due to Nigeria banks network and not from us as payment are immediately initiated when users withdraw. We have a customer helpline directly via the app where you can communicate any issue regarding the app or withdrawal and get it sorted. We’re sorry for the inconvenience ✌🏾

We need more clarity on this issue. You didn’t receive payment to your Naira wallet on the app or your Nigerian bank account ? If your Nigerian bank account, payments are made immediately you initiate them via the BitMobile App. Delay may be due to normal Nigeria bank network issues. If your Naira wallet on the app hasn’t been credited after selling btc kindly contact our customer service team via WhatsApp to get this resolved asap. Thanks for your patronage

When a card says used when tried it gets rejected on the app. We would never rip our customers their hard earned money. You can confirm from other customers/users. Go find out who ripped your cards.
