I made a withdrawal of #40000 which say successful and will be approved within 30min But just after 24hrs I am yet to be received the withdrawal into my bank account and I have been trying to contact support on WhatsApp but no response ,tried calling several times but the support number is switched off .
I wrote their customer service and it took them 4 days to reply. Who does that?.
I traded bitcoin on this so called app and someone sent me $250 worth of bitcoin since 2 days I didn’t get it on my account and I called the customer care team on WhatsApp and other platforms no response for almost 3 days now ,, use Bitmobile at your own risk

Got a new untouched Apple Card that no one has even seen aside from me, I uploaded it for trade at night, it was on pending till the next morning which isn’t normal, and then I got a notification saying rejected that it has been used, I’ve deleted the app , I think they do rip now …

When a card says used when tried it gets rejected on the app. We would never rip our customers their hard earned money. You can confirm from other customers/users. Go find out who ripped your cards. This is app is a fraud and a scammer they read new gift cards as used and tell you it was used by another person. That’s a lie I purchased a new gift card and I uploaded it on the BitMobile app and I was scammed!! Please don’t trade your gift cards on the app they are a scam

Hello BitMobile My friend referred me to this app some days ago and I decided to use it, the first time I use it was cool, but when I tried to use it again I was scammed, I sell a bitcoin worth 25$ and I was only credited #7,000 𝐍𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐚 instead of #29,000 plus and I have been trying to complain on WhatsApp I get no response why is that happening??

There’s no scamming here. Due to the numerous unconfirmed transactions on the blockchain Bitcoin fees has spiked. This we notified all users via notifications on the app and via our WhatsApp.
Bitcoin network fees are very high at the moment across all wallets. Not our fault and nothing we can do from our end to reduce the fee at the moment.
You just have to wait till network fees comes back to normal. Most wallets charges $35 or more. We still charging lesser than that.
