I’ve played this game for countless hours—accruing a ton of coins, and watching a gazillion ads. Fine. Game was fun and I had so many coins I could usually use them to get an extra hole. Suddenly, the coins are gone, replaced by screws that don’t seem to do anything. You now have to use tickets to purchase an extra hole. However, there’s no way to get tickets except by actually purchasing them. I play games like this to keep my brain active as I age. I don’t know if people who are still working are all right with spending their hard earned cash to purchase things on a game (given the economy where even people working more than one job each can’t afford both groceries and mortgages and gasoline), but people who’ve retired and are on a fixed income darn sure can’t . Plus we’re usually too frugal to use our money that way even if we could afford to. We didn’t get the money we have by wasteful spending. I am just not that enchanted with rainbow screws and pink and lilac backgrounds as I am in using strategy and logic without being ripped off. I literally have had up to 80K coins. I think at the time they disappeared, I had 49K—it varied between that and 60K +. All gone, for useless screws….Show lessAnnie Pickle

The game has an advert at every turn. Not much of a game. But if you enjoy being bombarded with ad’s this is the game for youAndySwing23

Terribly glitchy game. It constantly crashes, and when you open the game again you have to start levels from the beginning because it doesn’t seem to save game play. Been playing for 20 minutes this morning and it’s drained 30% of my battery, and massively overheated my phone, I play a lot of games on my phone and no others do this, even ones with significantly more detail and data involved. I’m assuming that’s because of all the crashing and freezing though. Very irritating because it’s actually quite a fun little game but with all the issues I’ll be deleting the app…there’s a lot of ads that just pop up during game play too, which I wouldn’t mind so much but it causes the game to freeze. I like this game but the ads are so annoying and so long it really makes playing difficult. Some ads time down from 90 but even after it’s done another screen appears and so you have to wait that then another one. You end up waiting 2 minutes to eventually return to the game
If you love watching ads then this is for you. Game play v ad time is about 1 to 5

This game is actually fun and challenging and the country leaderboard thing is cool..but people have been complaining about ads since at least February. All the empty apologies mean nothing until action is put into place—it’s the end of July and the ads are just as ridiculous. And $10 for vip rewards for such a simple game?! It’s one thing if you guys want support as a small team or independent developer but you’re massively overvaluing what you made. A good vip package should be cheaper and add exclusive puzzles with other elements like marbles and keys, like one of the in-between levels had. 5-8 dollars to remove ads is such unrealistic pricing too. People have no problem supporting small creators but when you have ads (and long ones at that) plastered everywhere and absurd prices it’s clear you made a cash grab. You’d actually make more money by just..improving the game and listening to feedback. There’s a certain threshold of annoying people into going premium and this is way past thatShow lessTheGr8Catsby

You explained the differences between forced adds and reward adds. I did and do know the difference between the two types of adds. You did not respond to my complaint about having to watch the pop up adds despite the fact I purchased the “No Forced Adds” option. I would have appreciated it if you had addressed my purchase of the “No Forced Adds” and yet being forced to watch these short adds. Still looking for a refund for this. I will upgrade from 1 star to 2 stars because you did reply. Next time please address the issue and not something I did not ask for clarification on.

Not only did I not find a way to get customer support you will be ripped off! I purchased the “ no forced adds” option. I had to watch the forced adds any way! Then when I tried to get a refund because of this I was told “Does not qualify for a refund”! So not only does your app say one thing and do another it also rips you off because of your automated reply “Does not qualify for refund”! Wow! You need serious help in customer support or should I say lack of customer support. Very dissatisfied.Show less52carolld

I’m literally spending more time watching ads than playing the game. I would pay to purchase the app ad-free, but that doesn’t seem to be an option. The “ticket” options just prolong the agony and end up making you pay far, far more than a simple game like this is worth. Deleting this game and not downloading anything else from this developer unless they have a major policy change.Show lesstxreisende

This game could be fun but it has way too many adds. I paid for add free but still have to watch a lot of ads to get boosters and rewards that are part of the game. What makes this more annoying is all the ads are 60-80 second ads not short 15 second ones like other games. Even though I am on ad free I still get asked to pay for promos all promising to reduce ads. Will be trying other versions of this style game.Show lessResh13

I really enjoy playing this game. It exercises my mind and I love that. But there’s a few too many issues that I can’t stand which makes me want to delete the app. Firstly, the ads. I don’t mind watching a 30 second video every now and then. But this game forces you to watch an ad after every level, every restart, and every time you want to use a helper! On top of that, the ads I receive are 60 seconds long! Another issue is the levels. Each level has two parts. Easy and difficult. The difficult ones are really tough for someone on level 10! With using a helper, you’d still have to replay the level more times. It takes me 10 minutes to complete one level (including the ad watch time)! Maybe it’s just me, I don’t know. But a game shouldn’t take that long. Finally, there’s the issue that every time my app closes, it resets everything except the level I’m on. Like the amount of coins I have, or the amount of progress I’ve made in a quest. It’s not too bad but it is quite frustrating to restart everything every time I open the app again.Show lessfriendlyconcern
