Not happy separated from other family members as rooms not at requested and no help to resolve on different floors when requested adjoining rooms not enjoying stay too split with star class

Restaurants

I’m writing this review at 1 am because you have to book your reservation for dinner two days in advance when they open up at midnight for the next days. I stopped going to all inclusive because of this issue and also you have to get up at 6 am to save a pool chair so prepare yourself for not getting much sleep at this Plant Hollywood.

Disappointed

Upon arrival. I was told there was no availability for a double bed room. I booked that but they said fine print states it’s not a guarantee. However some other that are with my party received it. 2nd I was not told where to get the discount books and I just received it after running kind to find it. 3rd as part of our package it states complimentary bottle of wine and champagne, as of today my fourth day on the property I still haven’t received my complimentary bottles. 4th the app continues to have glitches when trying to make dinner reservations. 5 the books has many upgrades that will not be used because of the delay in getting the book. I am very disappointed. This is my first time here. Normally I come with a group to Cancun of at least 5 rooms and we stay at hard rock or Hilton. If this is how you treat customers that bring a group we will take our business elsewhere. I was offered no points or anything for the inconvenience. Our followers will know about this.

Restaurants are always booked

Just don’t like that you have to make reservations everyday, but see if you get in. We are leaving Thursday and we been trying to get in one restaurant and “no availability due to restrictions?! What does that mean? And another will just say “sorry nothing available at that time. Anyway so we won’t be able to get in that restaurant.

Disappointed.

Family with two teens and a handicapped grandmother were not accommodated to be close to each other. A 16 year old got one bed room to share with a grandmother.. was it not clear from the reservation that they’ll require two beds??? They have different last names, and age 😡 extremely poor guest management! In both rooms numerous things don’t work- reading lights in both rooms are broken, safe was locked in our room.
Pillows are the worst I’ve encountered in any decent hotel.

Impossible to book Restaurants

By the time we checked in all of the restaurants were booked for the week except the buffet, which was not great the first night we had it.

The app is fine - reservations from 7am-9am on holidays is not ok

While the app works fine and it’s quite efficient, the idea that you have to be up at 7 o’clock in the morning to make your dinner reservations while you’re on holidays is completely unacceptable. We flew in from the West Coast slept till 915 and by the time we got on the app everything was full.

Désappointement

Big time désappointement, the schedule show that this restaurant will be close 3 days after today but on tv it shows that it’s open everyday. Same thing for the Japanese.
Not well coordinated.
