Hello, we have experienced delays due to a very high amount of signups in a short period of time, but have since fixed the issue. Sorry for your experience.

Is there anyone even on the app?

I’ve had the app for a month and done every prompt but have not even had 1 match. Even tried the neighbourhood feature in busiest part of Toronto, I don’t think anyone is on the app. Even support doesn’t message back

Password reset-fail

I forgot my password and selected that on the main page but no email to reset came through. I tried several times and still no email. Apparently I had 2 messages waiting but I can’t seem to get any support to help me reset my password. I can’t seem to find customer care contact info anywhere!
