Why are the women so silly

I really enjoy the shows but it gets old with the women pushing the men they marry away. They are married for goodness sake. What’s wrong with a kiss here and there. You need better story lines. Instead of the husband wife conflict. Try having them work together against the enemy forces. Be a little team to take on the annoying ones. Trick them up. Get the the one up on them.
