Too difficult , a waste of time.

I never write reviews but I’ve come to realize that the game is far too hard around level 80 or 90. I love the outfits and storyline but it’s takes such a long time to even complete one level now. The super hard levels are practically impossible as the closest I’d get would require me to have at least 2-3 extra moves that I don’t have. To put it in perspective, I have gotten a 1 hour infinite lives thing TWICE and BOTH times I spent half or more of that time on ONE level that I still haven’t been able to complete. I have at least 70+ extra moves stacked up from replaying the same level, if I were to buy it for 900 gems but I just don’t have that nor do I have the money. It’s steered me away from actually wanting to play it because I know I’ll have to spend hours on ONE level that doesn’t even get me enough coins to put eyebrows on my character. A waste of time.

Almost perfect

I enjoy this game a lot, choosing clothes, along with the colors. As well as decorating my own home and playing the small side challenges. However, I do wish that the harder levels gave more moves, or gave an option to watch ads for more moves. I get stuck on the same level for a bit with only 1-3 more items missing and am not wanting to use my gems as getting them isn’t necessarily the easiest, nor am I wanting to spend money on gems for more moves . I also feel like harder levels should give more payout coins instead of the standard same amount you get for easy levels. Overall, the game is amazing, I just wish there were more moves per level, or had an option to watch ads for more moves, especially when it comes to those who only have a few more items to obtain in any level.

It could do a little better

I really enjoy this game so much! The only thing that prevents me from giving it 5 stars is that as you keep playing to “price” to get things done keeps increasing. I’m at level 803 and a top part (shirt) that has two parts to it costs about 1,100 coins… So just to get to design her top you need about 2,200 coins more or less. That is 8 whole games that you have to play in order to get enough coins. As you only get 300 coins per passed game. If a game takes multiple attempts to pass then it becomes frustrating to keep playing that day. When you first start the game, the prices are better. It went from prices being 300 to 600 to 900 to currently 1,100.

I really, really like this game, but would definitely play it more if it didn’t take me days to progress in the story line due to the coin prices needed to get the avatar ready.

Great game but they make it impossible to restart if you want to

Tried to have my account deleted so I can restart the storyline and actually read more thoroughly, and also enjoy the choices you can make during. You have to reach out and email the team just to get your account deleted. I spoke to someone, they questioned why I wanted to delete it, explained, nothing has changed.

If that issue wasn’t there and I could restart freely, would have been 5 stars for sure because it is super fun and keeps you busy for hours.

It’s getting worse!

I used to absolutely love this game, I’ve also spent a lot of real money on it as was dedicated to playing it, but as the time is going on, the more and more updates that happen, the greedier that it’s getting.

Everything that was in the players favour has now been taken away, so the hour free unlimited lives and been removed to just 15 mins, the dollars to buy magazine outfits has been removed and now you have to use wild gems that I have no idea how to get. The amount of diamonds it now costs to do anything is ridiculous, and most of the levels are now fixed for failure in order to force you to use power ups and Gems which again cast a fortune.

I had already put a review on that was lower ratings and some how it has disappeared.

What was a great game, has been totally spoilt with greed.

It’s amazing love the game definitely make more of this, different jobs of course so it’s brand new. The people are perfect. Keep the romance part too! Gotta keep it I can’t fault on anything of it it’s truly the best, only thing that would be cool is if the characters actually say the name of the player it’s cut off, or if it’s just my phone, but that would be really cool. But all of it is Perfect!! 🤩🤩🤩 Edit: I would like to know can I have romance with Gabriel?? Sorry one more thing if it’s not a thing you should definitely make it a option it would amazing since I love the guy

i love this game, i just started to play it but it took forever just to download stuff, i dont know why but everytime i do a new task i have to wait for it to download and it took so long, please fix it, i still love it so far

Disappointed

I wrote a review recently about the newest update of the game, expecting some form of developer response or acknowledgment. However, my review was deleted despite it listing both pros and cons of the game. This is extremely disappointment as a player of the game.

As my previous review mentioned, since the newest update the game as become somewhat unplayable for those who don’t want to spend any money on it. The levels are extremely hard without diamonds and power ups and the events are not achievable unless you put some money into them.

Not only that, but they’ve changed the system for clothes collection, making it so precious clothes and that you DID own are once again locked and clothes that you hadn’t collected now can only be acquired via the random prize boxes, when you could buy them with the in-game money once you’d saved up enough before.

Very disappointed with the recent changes to the game AND the deletion of my previous review for what I can only assume was an attempt at keeping the ratings high.

Confused by the newest update.

This is a great game but level uploads are really slow. And I’m confused, with the new update, what am I supposed to use the cash for if I can’t buy clothes from collections anymore? I am racking up cash and can spend it on nothing but the pet and even that I’ve bought everything I can.

Account banned even after payment

Ok so I absolutely LOVE this game but… I requested a refund for an accidental purchase that went in the wrong card. Apple was more than glad to review and analyze the request and make the refund. After that was done I got a message on my screen while attempting to play Hollywood Crush with Rose that said they knew about my refund request and I had 24 hours to make a payment or my account would be banned. After the 24 hours I was banned as promised. So I made the purchases again but with the correct card this time even though the night before after the completion of the 24 hours the app deducted the total amount from my card without even asking for my approval, fact that I discovered after I made the purchase again. So, after basically paying for the same thing twice I should get my account reinstated, right? WRONG! 😠 It has been three days since and I still can’t access my account. Needless to say that I cannot even go pass the notice in bold letters in the middle of the screen that says my account was banned after the 24 hour period and that I need to pay. How many more times do I need to pay for the same thing. The total balance from both payments comes up to $50 or more and I still can’t play. I have reported the issue three times and included screenshots and I have yet to hear back from anybody. Not even a message saying that the issue is being received or reviewed.
