Why am I stuck on level 4?

Stuck
Once I got to level 4 it didn’t say for me to do the tasks to get to the next level so I was stuck but it was still very fun.

Glitchy
App was fun. But deleted it twice. Once I got to open level 4 it just disappeared so stuck on level 3. Also the tips glitch. Otherwise fun game.
