Poor app
To navigate the app itself is poor , impossible to contact support team . The website was so much better. Also automated game schedule such a stupid idea. If you late to join a league for a day it’s impossible to find who to contact in order to register yourself . Before it was not a problem.

Chat notifications stopped working
For the past few weeks I haven’t been receiving chat notifications. Very annoying for scheduling matches with opponents.
Terrible app in terms of basic functionality
Barely usable. Keep questioning whether my phone, but all other iOS apps working fine, so must be this app. Often slow, regularly unresponsive.
Gone downhill under LTA
Used to be a well run league with just the odd query which was answered promptly - there is no obvious direct communication with the organisers now.
Now the promotion/relegation seems totally random so that as RU in Div.1 I was demoted yet another player who lost all their games and I beat 60 60 stayed up.
Increased fee for a worse service which appears to be completely run by AI
I wish Sally and Nigel hadn’t sold the website but I guess they got a great offer for it as money is no object for the LTA

Its my first time using the app and playing in a local league so this is all i know. The functionality is ok, it could be better but it works and generally does a good job. Every 10 days or so though you need to delete it and reinstall as it simply wont load up. Arranging matches works well and the suggested schedule is just that, a suggested schedule. You can rearrange matches easy enough and i like not having to give personal details such as mobile out. Overall a 3 star app which could easily be 4 or 5 as and when it grows.

Why does everything have to be an app? The website worked fine.
Clunky and misleading
Not good app. Have to use it as its the only way to play competitive doubles but it’s pretty bad. Cant input tiebreak scores. Dates of the divisions are wrong and general navigation extremely clunky and counter intuitive. I could go on…
Suggested times
Whoever thought suggested dates for matches was a good idea, needs a good head shake! Terrible idea.
