Version History of Overworked

v1.5.0

July 25, 2024

This update includes another major database change, hopefully, the only one for a while… We moved the workouts from a one-to-one relation with the schedule to a one-to-many relation, meaning you can do the same workout on multiple days! We’ve also introduced an alternative functionality where you can temporarily replace a workout, although this functionality is still considered unstable. This update might contain more bugs than usual due to the large database changes :)

v1.4.1

July 9, 2024

This release fixes a few small bugs that were created by our transition to the new weight system. We’ve also added test cases to prevent these bugs from popping up again. • Fixed increased label not showing • Fixed rounding value to allow two decimals • Fixed inputs alignment when input count couldn’t be divided by three • Fixed bug that caused input to change while saving • Added storage cleanup function • Added version-specific storage to prevent cache issues • Added check to enforce app update before loading database • Added support for resizing workouts after creation

v1.4.0

July 6, 2024

It’s been a while, but we’re working hard on development again now that we’ve wrapped up https://toolenburgerplas.nl. In this release, we fixed a lot of small bugs and added an alert to ensure users are always running with the latest features. Although we mostly focused on support for “pyramid” and dynamic training, this release includes various improvements. This means you can set different weights for each set and vary the repetitions. For example, instead of just doing 3 sets of 4 reps, you can now do sets of 8, 6, and 4 reps with different weights. This was a significant database change, so please feel free to report any bugs.

v1.3.5

May 27, 2024

This release fixes a critical error that causes the app to be completely non-functional. We had to do some maintenance on the database, which caused the old client to lag behind. We also fixed some small other bugs. We're very sorry if this inconvenienced any users we couldn’t warn in time: • Added graph reloading after modifying entries • Added missing loader to the history page • Fixed bug that caused the picture of the user to disappear • Fixed update functionality on the history page • Moved the schedule add button to the header • Removed dots when no graph is loaded

v1.3.4

May 20, 2024

It’s been a while, but we’re back with a new update! We’ve started integrating E2E testing and are still in the process of optimizing this. This has taken time away from developing new features for now. However, it will increase our productivity and reduce bugs in the future! • Fixed entry update and deletion • Fixed unloading issue • Upgraded dependencies • Fixed bug where user couldn’t click on an entry from their account • Added missing zero states • Added Sentry replay • Added users’ own pictures to the gym user selection • Improved appearance of the progression graph

v1.3.1

March 12, 2024

Alas, to be burdened with foresight... In yesterday's release, I correctly anticipated some bugs that needed fixing, though I underestimated their severity. In this update, we've tackled a multitude of smaller bugs, ensuring the app's functionality is back on track and as reliable as ever!

v1.3.0

March 10, 2024

With this Overworked release, we completely reworked the entry and workout system, meaning there's now finally support for cardio devices. We're also allowing the user to indicate whether or not a workout was too heavy or light. Besides that, we've also fixed a lot of small bugs. I expect that this release will still contain some bugs since it was a complete overhaul of a large part of the internals. We'll fix these bugs in the next release.

v1.2.2

February 6, 2024

In this release of Overworked we’ve fixed a lot of bugs, improved performance, improved user experience and cleaned up the UI here and there. This is definitely the best version of Overworked so far! We’ll be working on new features like cardio support in the next week or two :)
