Terrible app, cant log in

Splash screen stays forever i cant access the app, so many issues. Disappointed that a bank like ENBD cant get their app right

Login

Can anyone else use the latest update since August? I login, and it immediately says, my session has expired. I try to login at least everyday and it actually lets me login on average twice a week. So I’ve had to go back to the desktop app which is super frustrating. The old app was a dinosaur but at least it worked.

Chronic fatal flaws

Can anyone use this app? I login…. And it says, login expired! Haven’t been able to access for two weeks. My account manger said nothing can be done. Jaw dropping.

Weak interface

I really like the bank services but the app is really weak and not responsive, needs lots improvement.

Untested Software Update

Considering Emirates Islamic is a big bank but to send untested mobile update is unbelievably unprofessional.
Messed up access to my business account for over a week.
What sort of a bank does that?
Stay well clear of this lot. This kind of practice should be reported to DFSA.

FaceID Mprn are not working

App is 10 times better than the old one but please fix the face id and mpen log in

Better UX and UI

This is a huge improvement from the last instalments well done.

Slow and prehistoric features

This banking app is 100years behind the competition please see South African banks to get ideas they are way ahead and when using this feels like working on the 1st computers
