My face hasn’t been used

You know I’m scrolling, reading peoples reviews and seeing what the devs have to say about em and there’s a huge thing I realized about this apps KYC. So devs knowing that there’s an issue with KYC process capability of supposed “to many KYC applications” coming in at once and yet you devs still charge us 5 ATH when you literally admitted that it’s your guys system that’s glitching and screwing up! And yet your telling the very people that’s tryin to bring up this project to keep tryin KNOWING THAT ITS GOING TO FAIL. I mean you might as well say your scamming us. If KYC is causing you difficulty, we recommend trying the Premium package to save time, enjoy the faster mining experience and ATH revenue sharing each month. In the long term, it will bring you way more profits than losing 5 ATH each KYC due to system overload from too many users trying to KYC.Great App for Mining and Earning

Why do I have to update the app almost every week? When I open the app it’s says a new version is available. I proceed to update the app and some days later it says the same app has a new version and needs update🤷♀️Cassie121nsnksls
