Hello :) Thanks for contacting us. We always want to help our community, even more so when it comes to an issue as important as subscriptions. We are not able to charge you for a subscription without your authorization. Likewise, only Apple can refund you. You can visit this official page and follow the instructions: reportaproblem.apple.com. Please note that a subscription is always renewed. :) Also, if you take advantage of the 3-day free trial period, your authorization is requested to subscribe once it is over.
