Useful and Improving
Update ruined the app
Response from developer
Hey Roxy, The developer here - thanks for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear the update has been frustrating for you—this isn’t the intention! I just wanted to let you know that the watermark can actually be turned off in the app’s settings under “Include Watermark.” I hope that helps and makes the app useful for you again. If there’s anything else we can do or improve, feel free to email us anytime at feedback@smartsizer.io. We’d really love to make things right and keep you as a user!
5 stars!

Thanks Pris! Glad you’re enjoying the app :)
Really useless bad updates

Hey Brian, Thanks for sharing your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear the update hasn’t been working out for you. Good news: you can turn off the watermark in the app’s settings under “Include Watermark,” and you can also set your background back to white in the app’s settings by selecting “Measurement Background Color.” I’ve also brought back the button to save images directly to your camera roll in the latest update (version 2.2). I hope this makes the app easier to use again! If there’s anything else on your mind or additional feedback you’d like to share, feel free to reach out at feedback@smartsizer.io—I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Wanted it to work!

Glad to hear!
Not very good…..
and I noticed the first measurement specifically the pit to pit was 3 inches off. Then I tried to retake it and it was 5 inches less than it was the first time, so 8 inches inches off…. The third photo I tried to take of the same shirt came back as 5 inches bigger than it was… and the fourth photo was 2 inches smaller than the actual measurement. So, in conclusion, the app doesn’t work very well and it completely wasted my time.

Hey tirdburglerrain We have been hearing similar complaints regarding the capability of being able to size not only on the floor, but on slanted boards and walls. We are working on a fix right now that will allow for sizing on both walls and slanted boards. Additionally, you can expect a release in the next ~10 days that is going to bring significant improvements to sizing accuracy. Sorry to hear that initial usage of the app has been frustrating for you and we hope we can get the app to a state that is useful for you.
Very inaccurate

Hi there aaliota115, Sorry to hear that you’re not getting good use out of the SmartSizer app at the moment. We are working on some big improvements to the sizing capability that should make it in an update in the next 10 days. We hope that this will be able to meet the level of sizing accuracy that you’re looking for.
App only wants to measure my feet.
