ProShift by Pro Med Staff was developed by a family of working RNs who are veterans in the healthcare field. From personal experience, they created Pro Med Staff and now their own app, ProShift, to give clinicians the flexibility and freedom to work when and where they want. With self-determined shifts chosen by you, a healthy work-life balance in now feasible. Onboard, requests shifts, refer co-workers and more all directly from the ProShift app. Once your credentials are verified, you'll have the freedom to create your own schedule.
