Keep getting error message

Every time I try and ask a question, I keep getting a error message saying “The data couldn’t be read because it is missing” I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it allowed all the permissions and it keeps doing it.

Not helpful…

I looked at my other phone to see what type it was and it said phone and I done it at a unknown flower and it said flower Bad job…

It’s okay

It’s okay, but I believe an official website or app like Google is better. I like the feature that you can just speak and not type but overall it’s okay

Cannot do proper voice recognition and confused a pine with rosemary

Greetings, we are sorry to hear you are having issues and we’d like to help. What specifically is not working about voice recognition for you? Additionally when identifying plants it is important to provide sufficient context. As in your example 2 plants with similar needle-like foliage would be difficult to differentiate without being able to see enough of the plant.
