Hi, Sorry to hear this. BrainDump was designed with privacy in mind and is using current state of the art technology in transcription.
We are making a slight trade off in accuracy to allow models to run locally on device while respecting battery usage and transcription time.
Could you set the transcription language to ‘auto’ and give it another shot? This will work a little better with non-native/accent speakers.
