This is the first app I have come across that encompasses all of the things we equestrians need to do out of the saddle to make our time at the barn the most productive it can be! I was hesitant about the cost but I am now looking forward to being a subscriber when my trial ends. The added nutritional education and the recipes really set this app apart. I also feel that these workouts are more beneficial than other exercises I’ve tried! Definitely recommend giving this app a try!
