Ad placements are dumb, they’ll occasionally put an ad while you’re doing the workout and the ad has a bug where more ads would pop up at the same time.
I’m not ready to rate this app yet. I bought into a year and so I want to give it that much time because I know it takes consistency to see results. My question is though, do the exercises ever change? I get bored doing the same thing routinely day after day and I was hoping that I would see some new exercises submitted by now after 18 days. The App won’t let you view ahead to see if there’s new exercises coming.

This app is really use full all free only premium for you to show them your progress but overall this app is a good app. Now am happy with my new jawline
