Complete Scam
I ordered 2 shirts and I went to check out, payed, and they never asked for my address or nothing. Nor have i gotten a refund.
The worst app
My package was sent with a poorly made label, the shipping company notified me that it could not be delivered due to “insufficient address”. I contacted CN Fans support and they told me that the package would be sent back to the warehouse and that I would have to pay for shipping again for something that was not even my fault. The worst application.

Awful app bugs
Lost both of my accounts Lots hundreds of dollars because of bad services and the app stopped letting me log in. Not trust worthy don't use!!!!!!

So around last month on the 23rd I made a big haul and now it’s the 17th and almost a week from now I would mark the one month anniversary and I know my hall won’t be here by then because this is the slowest agent ever. PLEASE I advice you guys to spend money on somewhere else
Dont waste your time
Waited over 2 weeks for the items to get in my warehouse. The shipping is extremely slow and the agents take forever to respond. Better to buy retail then to use this app.
AVOID CNFANS AT ALL COSTS
US customs sent my parcel back to CNfans due to “prohibited items”. I purchased clothes and shoes (yes I purchased insurance). I reached out to my agent the day it was returned and they responded later that day saying how they have it and can resend it but I have to pay for shipping again. I told them they should refund it and store it back in the warehouse and I’ll use another carrier. It’s been 1+ week and I got back no response. Multiple messages ignored, hundreds of dollars worth of items gone.

My honest opinion
I wish they added a feature were people could post the comments with pictures just so we could see what we’re actually buying.
On the other hand. A lot of people are switching from other apps to this one so the process of the qc and all that is a little slow. I guess it will get better over time.
