My experience with CNFans was very positive and overall a great experience. I had two agents order my goods for me and both of them were very polite and clear in their communications. When one of my orders had a supply chain problem, my agent quickly was able to respond to it and get me a full refund. The refund process itself was actually really fast and the money was back in my bank account within a few minutes.
