Paid Subscription
I paid for this app for the year. Now on my tablet it tells me there’s an error with my connection. Was going to try to uninstall then reinstall. Afraid I would lose money already paid. But can’t do this because it’s not coming up at App Store. Tried downloading on iPhone but was given a new account. Not recognizing I already have account. So I paid for the year but can’t watch anything new only what in history.

Redeem Verification Issues
I will admit I’m a sucker for these shorts, but this particular app has been the most troublesome. At first is seems like the others, but when I paid for the monthly subscription it fails to recognize that I am a VIP member. I can’t continue watching the shorts I want to without having to pay, and the ads don’t even work so you can’t redeem coins with ads. I would suggest not downloading this app for now. You will be greatly disappointed.

App work load
Every time I open up the app it says and stays on loading network. Nothing is loading. Really disappointed as I can’t watch one of the dramas I really want to watch.

I am glad you brought it back! But it did lost my account from my old phone. I just got a new phone. In my old phone only use Facebook account. And it’s already gone only can login google or apple sign in. There is some error I tried to watch add get coins, can you fix it? I really love your app so much it was one of my favourites to watch drama

Where is the search bar?
And what when you get the add from Facebook or instagram when you press on it it does link you to the exact story???? Did I mention there are no search bar???

App needs to be tweeked it keeps closing when I try to go to new chapter but movies are good
DramaFlow or HeatShort
App only got a few dramas. Same dramas that are seen when you watch DramaFlow app. So, is HeatShort owned by DramaFlow developers? There have not been any new drama additions. Shut it down if you’re not going to add more drama of goo video quality!

All of the drama stories I viewed
I would rate them high four to low five I do think that you would enjoy the stories. At this point I plan to keep this app. Oh yes they are quick to get back to you when you have questions or concerns with the app.
