Can’t use due to phone requirement
Not only can the app not be used without a phone number, it also doesn’t allow virtual phone numbers. My main phone number happens to be a Google Voice number, so I’d have to tie it to my SIM phone number, which changes frequently and only works in the United States. Does not work with VoiceOver
I have used Claude on the Webb now for several months, and find it a fantastic tool. whilst able to log into the app, unfortunately, as a blind user reliant upon VoiceOver on iOS, I was shocked to find that I was unable to read any of the content in terms of what I had typed, or, claud’s response if I was able to find the unlabelled button that I could not select focus for to submit my question. Amazing just like the web version
I have been waiting for the app publisher to release an iOS app version of this and now that it’s here, I am more than happy.
Was so intuitive to use on the web and I can confirm that you get the same experience on the app. Response time to chat inputs is so fast and the accuracy I’m used to is still there. 10/10 I would recommend!Show lessChyke 215
A good start
I’ve rated this four stars for a generally good app.
I’m sure they’re working on it but it really needs a voice recording option (for when you don’t want to type) and a voice chat option - as with the ChatGPT app.
They also need to add a ‘stop’ button so you can cutoff Claude’s response if you can see that it is not the kind of response that you’re after.
They also need to redesign the text entry area at the bottom with a different colour so it is easier to see against the background of the chat window.Show lessGrauine

Been waiting for this and I’ve been using Claude on the AI. But now when I register it says phone number already in use.
How the heck can I use it without a fake temporary phone number????

Hi, you should be able to log in with the same email as you did on our website which won't require you to create a new account.
