This app has given me multiple erroneous responses. Particularly when asking about publicly available technical information on regulations such as elections voting laws, and governmental regulations. Absolutely unbelievable mistake mistakes that are basic and elementary in nature. Nobody should trust this app. Delete immediately.

So many issue
I purchased a lifetime plan, but can’t restore it on the phone. Video summaries are just a garbled mess zero formatting. no way to get any support. sadly, also no Mac app and overall it lags far behind ChatGPT.

Way too Woke!
Claude refuses to think outside the box and dance with the mysteries of life. He’s like talking to a Social Worker in some cases. By the book.
Example: I got it to write me a vision statement of having a muscular fit body, and then it refused to edit the statement later on because it said I was objectifying bodies and shouldn’t idealize body’s like that. I told Claude you wrote this!! And he basically replied with I would never. lol

Given up. Promising tool but only one way to login using email. Exchange sees them as spam so go in quarantine. Shouldn’t be this difficult to access a tool. Fix the spam issue. Find easier ways to login. Everything goes to Quarantine and requires a system admin to release. Seriously?
Who needs a husband ~
I asked Claude a specific question about constellations in the night sky last night; it was an if this/then why/that kind of question. A more sophisticated & nuanced question than just Google alone would know what to do with - without simply pointing me to a Wikipedia page. To Google something is to get a black-and-white answer even with its new AI feature, but the level of detail and explanation I got using my Claude pro edition was epic. As I read through the thoughtful, multi-level explanation I thought, why this is like having my husband, the meteorologist in the kitchen, just open-source riffing on my query, expounding on the details of the details of what I wanted to know about. And then some. #Game changer for the curious.
