Located in the heart of Stalybridge, we at Candolim opened our doors back in 2017. Named after the beach town in Goa, Candolim offers the finest regional indian dishes, derived from home recipes and traditional techniques, made to share in an informal setting. It is also the witnessing of amalgamation between people, food & spices that our chefs take their inspiration from. The restaurant celebrates an eclectic mix of flavours from Goa. A celebration of community and exchange, of eating well and informally, of warmth and sharing.
