Used to love the old online banking platform and it was the standard I measured all other banking platforms to. NOT anymore. Note I find it hard to navigate, find what Iโm looking for, bad layout, only using a portion of the screen to display transactions. Sort of cartoonish. ๐ฉ๐ก๐คฎ
This app fails to recognize photos and then says failed to read when I did every step the app has asked me to do
I find it very hard to access transactions within my account.
I currently have no access to my account online or through the app.
Aside from taking a week and a trip to get help in town to set this app up, I am finding that bills I had set up to be paid through the old app have not been paid. I never saw any information that there was going to be a new app. And now I have to enter all the payee information over again. Additionally, I donโt see how to edit when, because I will make mistakes, I make a mistake like the date the bill is to be paid.
I apologize for my tone but this has been so frustrating.
