Cannot make a new tree!!
Wanted to use this app for this yeas, but I could only use my tree from last year. Wish there's an option to create a new tree each year.

Such a clever idea I love the cute little ornaments and how people can write things! Maybe next year you could add some new designs for the ornaments? Overall such a cute and fun game!!! ❤️💚🤍🎄
App does not work
I used this app last year and i loved it. Now trying to use it again this year, I cannot enter the app without it bugging out and saying “Invalid token, user not found”. I can’t even make a new account. I’ve deleted and redownloaded multiple times. Please fix the bugs.
Link glitch
When I tried to copy the link it sent me to a tree removal service even though the icon had the logo for deco my tree? Is this happening just for me?
Bad
Don’t get me wrong I love the concept. I used the website last year. I found out about the app about 15 minutes ago and I downloaded it. I opened it and it said “Invalid Token User Not Found.” I’ll be using the website now.
Please fix this
I really liked the app it worked well and was easy to use. There are two problems I ran into. Firstly, the app completely shut down and would not let me use it after Christmas. I could no longer read my messages and I had a notification stuck on the app all year.
The second problem I ran into is similar, when I tried to open the app this year (during the duration of time you are supposed to be able to open it November-December) it popped up with a screen that says “user not found “. I figured I just needed to reinstall the app so I tried that but to no avail.
I would like to use the app again this year because the website is inconvenient but right now it seems like that will not be happening.

Christmas Messages Can’t Open the App
Hello- I love the app. I wasn’t able to screenshot the messages from my friends and family. I hope you can help me get those messages back. I just want to screenshot those messages
Logging problems
The idea’s great but would have been better if it actually worked. I never got to access my tree because I just couldn’t log into the app. Tried to contact the help services but never had any answer even after several attempts at reaching them. Really sad and disappointed since I was really looking forward to open my Christmas messages from my friends and family that are all far away from me this year.

Why can’t I see my tree again??
I love the concept and all I did one for my friends to leave me notes but I had to download the app to open them on Christmas. I wanted to reread some because I loved the notes but now I can’t even get to see my tree?
Forgot to open on Christmas day
So I had set it all up like a week before, and then absolutely forgot about it. I remembered on New Years day, went to the link, it says to download the app so like okay that's fine. I can log in just perfect. I see my tree and that I have messages. Except I have a countdown of 357 days until I can open them. It's funny but I'm pretty sure I'll forget by then.
