I downloaded this game a few days ago and I loved it! Played for a an hour or two closed the app went to bed. Opened the app the next day and all progress reset. Deleted redownloaded and progress was back, but the next time I opened the app the next day all progress was gone again.

To avoid progress loss, we recommend logging in through your Apple ID or Google account in the in-game settings. This way, even if you change your device or reinstall the app, your data will be safely preserved.
